From my perspective 21st c american college students have suffered huge waste- until the last few monhts (effectively 2019-2020 is the first transformative year) they have been put in huge debt - and the smartest of them have either been employed b y the biggest least sustainable sectirs in the world or have played the startup game- which as we can see from the amzon review of where it put ist 2nd headquarters requires you to be based in one of 3 places to have a leaders chnace of being in network
It is from this situation that we aim to catalogue with optimism the emergnce in 2020 of a diferent colege netwrk - which will be pivotal to thise milennials who want to spend teor working lives noit just making money but saving our species from extinction. To be clear no conutry's studnts can di this on theiur own- the first thing tese new colege networks need to do is celebrate opportunities for theier stidnets toi twin with at least one other place - and more relevantly the top 20 ai 5g tech cities that are solving citywide chalenges - eg the greenest top 20 citeis are collaborating in a vision of making public transport so good that owning private vehicles becoems unnessary. Its essential that the top 20 sdg vities not only share solution for citiznens but talke responsibiulity to end poverty and other chalenges by rural and other peoples. There really only needs to be one open source curriculum of teh basics of how tech can help every child grow up to make the most of her life and to help every community to thrive out of diversity
